The Margalit Method
I built this method to give you the tools to master the power of choice
It works by questioning your own thinking. What future are you actually capable of building? Which beliefs are in the way? Where have you settled for good enough? Below is the method itself, then the three ways we can work together.
When we work together I create a space where you can examine and challenge your deepest assumptions. Using what neuroscience tells us and what twenty years of running my own company taught me, I help you break through mental barriers, grow your business, and build a life that goes past your current view of it.
What follows is work on what you actually want, personal or professional, where you name the fears, the vulnerabilities and the boundaries you have set, on purpose or by accident.
Through direct questioning, you learn how to play with your own thinking, reset your limits, and build real options for getting where you want to go.
The premise
Our thoughts form our beliefs, our beliefs drive our actions and our actions determine our results
We are not only what we eat. We are what we think and what we value. Those three areas are where the work starts.
How we work
Eleven things my clients and I practice
Not aspirations on a wall. This is how the work actually goes.
- 01
We believe in the extraordinary power of change.
- 02
We make things happen.
- 03
We believe powerful questions matter more than answers.
- 04
We do not take ourselves too seriously.
- 05
We believe kindness and humor are superpowers.
- 06
We believe we have the freedom and the mindset to build the life we want.
- 07
We listen deeply and serve others.
- 08
We believe judgment and curiosity cannot live in the same space.
- 09
We make bad situations better, not worse.
- 10
We do not blame. We take responsibility.
- 11
We believe drama belongs in theater, film and books, not in relationships and real life.

Where to start
Ways to work together
Most people arrive knowing roughly which one they want. If you do not, the comparison table further down sorts it out in about a minute.
Coaching
Who it is for. Founders, CEOs and senior executives who have run out of people they can think out loud with. Usually successful on paper and running hot in private.
What happens. You bring the decision, the person, or the pattern that keeps repeating. I ask what nobody around you will ask, and holds you to what you say next. Nothing leaves the conversation.
Format. Private sessions, in person in Los Angeles or remote.

The Leader's Hub
Who it is for. Business owners who want other owners alongside them. People whose spouse has heard enough about the business and whose team cannot be told everything.
What happens. A facilitated peer meeting every month. You put a real problem on the table, the group works it, and you leave with a decision instead of sympathy. Hosted with Paul Dashevsky.
Format. Six months, monthly in person meetings, support between sessions, $2,100.

Workshops
Who it is for. Leadership teams and owner groups that keep having the same meeting and leaving without a decision.
What happens. Sessions designed around what your team needs to talk about. I don’t lecture. I design the conversation so the room does the work. Common topics: decision making under pressure, delegation, curiosity over reactivity, and learning to listen before you fix.
Format. Half or full day, on site or remote, designed with you in advance.

Great leaders lead with questions, not answers, and grow stronger thinkers in the process.

How to choose
Find yourself in the left column
If two rows sound like you, start with the cheaper one. You can always add the other later, and several clients do both.
| If you are | The right fit | Format | Where to start |
|---|---|---|---|
| A founder or CEO making every call alone, with nobody to test your thinking on | One-to-one coaching | Private sessions, in person in Los Angeles or remote | One-to-one coaching |
| An owner who wants other owners alongside them, not another consultant | The Leader's Hub | Monthly in person peer meetings, six months, $2,100 | How the Hub works |
| A leadership team that keeps having the same meeting without a decision | Workshops | A designed working session, half or full day, on site or remote | Workshops |
