A small, curated peer group for business owners. A monthly, in person chance to step away from the day to day, think more clearly, make better decisions, and grow your business.
Preview session
Tuesday, August 25, 4:30 to 6:00 PM
Come and experience The Leader's Hub before you decide anything. Location shared upon registration. Hosted by me and Paul Dashevsky.

The evening, hour by hour
- 4:30Meet the group. Light bites, and everyone says who they are and what they run, alongside me, Paul, and a curated group of fellow business owners.
- 4:45The Hub in action. A facilitated session, a taste of the monthly meetings.
- 5:40Your questions. How membership works, and straight answers.
What it costs to hold a seat
A $75 refundable deposit holds your place. It is returned when you attend, or applied toward membership if you join. Seats are limited and the group is intentionally small.
Come as you are, the only thing to bring is your experience as an owner.
Reserve your seat
Registration takes a minute. The deposit link is sent by email after you register, so nothing is charged on this form.
How it works
Six months, the same small group
The Hub meets in person once a month for six months. Between meetings you have the group and you have me. The format is facilitated, which means someone is responsible for the quality of the conversation so you do not have to manage it while you are in it.
The mechanics
- Monthly, in person, for six months. Dates are set with the group at the start so they go in the calendar once.
- Support between sessions. The group stays reachable between meetings, and I am available when something cannot wait four weeks.
- Facilitated, not chaired by whoever talks most. I keep the time and ask the question the group is avoiding.
- Confidential. Names, numbers and situations stay between members. Members agree to it in writing before the first meeting.
The part people skip over
This only works if people show up. A peer group is not a subscription you dip into. The value comes from the same owners knowing your business month after month, which they cannot do if you are there in February and gone in March.
Attendance matters more than any other rule here. Before you put down a deposit, look at the next six months and decide whether you can genuinely give one morning a month to this.
Membership is $2,100 for the six months.

Who is in the group
Owners, not job titles
The Hub is curated. Paul and I choose the mix so that no two members are competitors and every member carries real responsibility for a company.
You own or run it
Founders, co-owners and CEOs of established businesses. Not aspiring, not advising. The decisions land on you.
No competitors
Membership is screened so nobody is sitting across from a rival. It is the only way the numbers get said out loud.
Small on purpose
A group small enough that everyone gets airtime in a single morning. That caps the size, which is why seats close.
Margalitism
You have a board, a team, and a partner. And no one to actually talk to.
